Design & Installation Process

For 23 Years our nationwide tried and true design & installation process begins with an initial consultation visit to your home. At that time we will establish your goals by talking to you to get a feel for any likes and dislikes for lighting your home. Based on this conversation we will tell you what we think would look nice, architectural features lit, lighting techniques etc. and we may make suggestions to get your feedback.

This step only takes 15 to 20 minutes of your time and is designed to give us the information we need for a successful lighting design installation. We will then let you go while we take high resolution digital photographs of your property so that we can load them into our proprietary state of the art light editing software. When we create your unique lighting design at our office using our lighting design editing software we can view your home while at the same time apply different lighting fixtures, colors, beam spreads, voltages and techniques. There is a lot to be considered in a good lighting design and since we have more than 30 years ofexperience in outdoor lighting systems we know what is important. This allows you to have the piece of mind that we have taken everything into account so that our lighting design for your home will exceed your expectations and make your home look as beautiful at night as it does during the day. 

Then after we are completely satisfied with your lighting design we will contact you to review the digital lighting design for your home and property. At this meeting we will also review the project cost. This generally takes 45 minutes to an hour to review your design, answer questions and proceed to installation. Then after we are completely satisfied with your lighting design we will contact you to review the digital lighting design for your home and property.
